And that 's one thing that always kind of gets left out when you are watching the news . And then you also have to pay the other cartels that control the border , what they call a head tax , just to be able to cross into the United States from where they have . And when you look at what 's happened just in a very period of time , when we were , just before we were there , they had [REDACTED_NUMBER] people in custody . When I asked the question what they meant by custody , it 's really holding , and they 're turning people around in about [REDACTED_NUMBER] to [REDACTED_NUMBER] hours . So most of these people are all being released into the country . Secretary [REDACTED_NAME] from the Department of Homeland Security even admitted the other day that [REDACTED_NUMBER] % of the people are being released into the United States . And when you look at the encounters that they 've been having down there , it 's just unbelievable . So some of the numbers when we were there , it was the Del Rio sector and is a [REDACTED_NUMBER] miles stretch along the border there in Texas . And so when you look at the total miles of , it 's about [REDACTED_NUMBER] sq . Mi . And in [REDACTED_NUMBER] alone , they had almost [REDACTED_NUMBER] . The thousand at encounters .
