I 'm sure you 've explained before . Where are we getting the funding to build more housing for the homeless people ? Because you had said on the last town hall meeting , we ca n't really get all of them off the street until we have a place to put them , how can we get funding for them to build these places ? There are different funding streams for addressing homelessness at a local level . We have taxed ourselves in at least two different ways to fund housing for the homeless . We have a countywide bond called measure a that mostly is being used to build permanent , affordable .
